There are 3 types of sheet metal ways in YSY workshop.
Stamping, Laser Cutting and NCT. Today i would like to introduce our NCT Punch to all.
NCT punch is a kind of automatic machine tool equipped with a program control system, the control system can logically process the program with control code or other symbol instructions, and its decoding, so that the punch action and machining parts. It’s similar to the method of punching processing: Laser cut, Stamping. NCT process is more suitable for making some metal cases such as: metal enclosure/shell/metal housing,etc. The cost of NCT punch is about 20% lower than laser cutting techs. YSY specializes in different customized metal chassis, distribution box, electrical enclsoure and aluminum enclosures. NCT Punch is good choise.
It owns several advantages as below:
● high processing precision with stable processing quality;
● be able to carry out multi-coordinate linkage, complex shape parts and shear forming, etc.
● When the processing parts change, we generally only need to change the numerical control program to save the production preparation time;
● The NCT punch itself has high precision, large rigidity, favorable processing dosage, high productivity
● High degree of automation punch and reduce labor intensity;
● Low failure rate and reduce maintenance costs.
